These Terms of Use govern your use of the Resolve mobile application.

By using Resolve, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Resolve.

2. Description of Service

Resolve is an AI-powered habit tracking and journaling application designed to support personal development.

The App provides:

  • Habit tracking

  • AI-based reflections

  • Personal insights

  • Subscription-based premium features

Resolve does not provide medical, psychological, or financial advice.


3. Subscriptions

Resolve offers paid subscriptions through Apple App Store.

  • Payment is charged via your Apple ID account.

  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled.

  • You may cancel via Apple subscription settings.

  • Refunds are handled solely by Apple.

We do not control Apple’s billing system.


4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You agree not to:

  • Share accounts

  • Reverse engineer the app

  • Attempt to disrupt service


5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design, and software within Resolve are owned by JBE Digital Ltd.

You may not copy, distribute, or modify any part of the App without written permission.


6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for unlawful purposes

  • Upload harmful content

  • Interfere with security mechanisms

  • Exploit or abuse system vulnerabilities


7. AI Disclaimer

Resolve uses artificial intelligence to generate insights and suggestions.

AI-generated outputs are informational only and should not be considered professional advice.


8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Resolve is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

JBE Digital Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.


9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

Users may delete their account at any time within the App.


10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales..
